The Board of Elders consists of six men, who are appointed by the current Board of Elders and approved by
the senior pastor and the congregational members. Responsible for the spiritual leadership of LBC,
the Board of Elders serves as the Board of Directors. The senior pastor is a non-voting member of the Board.
The dates indicate the year each term expires. Elders may serve for no more than two consecutive 3-year terms.
